Refund policy

At Fortune Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving their order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused and unopened.
The perfume must be in its original packaging and condition.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

These conditions are commonly used by perfume retailers to protect product quality and hygiene.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive:

A damaged product
A leaking bottle
A defective item
The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share clear photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Similar policies are standard among fragrance sellers.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Opened or used perfumes
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Items returned after the 2-day return period
Sale or discounted items

Perfumes are generally considered hygiene-sensitive products, so opened fragrances are usually not eligible for return.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, as applicable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Fortune Scents will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
